CPI Library

To facilitate second language learning for our Spanish students and enhance their understanding of the Costa Rican and Latin American culture,  each CPI campus provides a library service.  The libraries  offer a small but comfortable area where students may find a  peaceful oasis to read,  use the internet or study. There is a wide selection of books in English and Spanish covering  various topics, such as: history, literature, grammar, and poetry.  The helpful librarian is available to a id in book selection, assistance with homework and  also plans a weekly activity, for example: typical craft class, literature or current event discussions. High speed internet is available for students at a reduced rate  compared to  local internet cafes.

SERVICES:

  1. Book Loan: Students have access to a diverse range of literary genres and varying linguistic difficulty, in Spanish literature. Books may be checked out for a maximum of one week
  2. Reading Room: The library is an excellent location for quiet study or down time reading of a good book at comfortable tables and chairs
