The student residency is a nice and new building located about 1 kilometer from the CPI Heredia campus. The school offers transportation every day in the morning and in the afternoons. The student residency have 4 rooms in the first floor and 2 studio apartments in the second floor. In the third floor there is living room with balcony for all the guests. In the first floor there is a kitchen with a dining room area where breakfasts can be purchased every morning.

 

1. Shared Room at Student Residency

Rooms are double occupancy (for 2 people) with 2 double beds. CPI students are placed with a roommate of the same gender, unless a couple or mixed-gender friends wish to be placed together. Guests share the kitchen area, dining room and living room.

 

 

2. Single Room at Student Residency

Rooms are single occupancy with one double bed. The room has private bathroom. Guests share the kitchen and dining room.

 

 

3. Studio Apartments in San Joaquín

The Student Residency has 2 studio apartments in the second floor of the building. They have a beautiful view of the Barva Volcano and Poás Volcano. The studio apartments are totally furnished. They have one bedroom with two double beds and other room for the kitchen, one table, a sofa bed and a balcony.

 

 

All CPI accommodations run from Sunday through Sunday .

Absolutely, no overnight guests.
